GUARANTY AGREEMENT-LOST OR MISSING BILL OF LADING

[Bill of lading number] covering such shipment, which bill has been lost or misplaced, [Name of Claimant] guarantees to reimburse [Name of Bailee] for whatever losses, damages, costs, counsel fees, or other expenses it may suffer or pay by reason of such delivery.
